Rascal’s main “human” who does his best to keep little Rascal under wraps. CJ, uses his innate genius as best he can to keep Rascal out of mischief, but rarely succeeds.

He loves his little buddy just about more than anything else. He’s a brilliant photographer and his mom’s biggest fan!

CJ also loves music and plays the piano and clarinet—but, don’t tell his mother—he’s not crazy about practicing his instruments—he’d rather be out with his many cameras taking pictures!
